Tuesdays

 

Foundations of Flow

 

Find your flow in this class focused on teaching you the foundations of vinyasa.

 

We begin by holding a few poses and building heat in our body.

After a few Sun Salutations, we connect a few postures to flow in and out of at your own pace.

Once you have found your rhythm, we close this class with a few deep stretches for the muscles you worked most.

 

Join us if you’re looking to feel a deeper connection with your body and brain, strengthen the core of your being from the inside out, and lengthen the flexibility of your thoughts and actions.

 

60-minute class includes the following for all levels:

元 Welcoming Energy Centering to Establish Intuitive Intention Setting
元 Vinyasa Sun Salutations that Warm Up the Group as a Whole
元 Hatha Held Poses with Demystifying Explanations
元 Free Flow Mini Sequences Rhythmic to Your Breath
元 Yin Style Stretches with Personalized Adjustments
元 Mindful Svasana Meditation for Deep Relaxation

Gentle Yoga

 

Explore poses focused on certain areas of the body and mind each week.

You will have plenty of time during each posture to feel out the work your body is doing while I make rounds to adjust areas for length and strength.

 

60-minute class includes the following for all levels:
