Quick Tips

  • With your knees shoulder width apart, point your toes in toward each other and sit on your heels.

  • Rest your torso on your thighs and relax your arms behind your body by your sides.

  • Lay your forehead on the mat or switch from cheek to cheek.

  • Lay cheek on mat and switch sides midway through

  • Arms extended out to sides or up toward front of mat


  • Blanket: Place 1-2 blankets across calves to raise seat

  • Bolster: Place between knees and lay torso along with arms hugging bolster.
