As I begin planning my next yoga challenge and gather resources to bring you another fun filled informative and enlightened instagram yoga challenge , I will be recapping the 21 day #monkeysplitsgonebananas challenge again in April. It took me a while to make this decision as I know IG Yoga Challengeare normally like one hit wonders one ‘n done and never to see the light of day again. But I asked myself, “why?” If so many of us struggle with getting leg strength and flexibility due to our typical in desk jobs and can barely keep our fingers to our toes on a weekly basis, why do we act like 21 days is all we need to magically make our yoga practice rock solid? Many of you really want ur splits and I made it very clear that it can take months to accomplish with steady practice, but in reality I’m fully aware that many of u will never even think of this challenge again once that shiny prize is taken away. So this is my service to u as a true yoga teacher reminding u that the shiny prize is within urself and that we must break free of our hit it n quit it mentalities! So who would like to join me?!
