From Warrior 2 pose, drop your back arm down to your hamstring and rotate your front hand palm up. Keep the front knee bent over the ankle and back leg straight but not locked.
As you inhale, imagine painting a rainbow up and over you with your front hand. Your rainbow needs to touch the sky so lengthen your torso as high as possible as you swoop through the arch.
Use the small amount of weight on your back arm to help open up your hip flexors by guiding your hips to a square and digging your hips lower toward the ground.
